SALES AGREEMENT

In consideration of BUYER paying the sum of $_____________ (cash, certified check, or money order) to the BREEDER/SELLER as purchase priece of a puppy, BREEDER/SELLER hereby assigns, transfers and gives complete ownership of one purebred Saint Bernard puppy to BUYER from breeding of:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Transfer of Ownership

​1. Transfer of ownership is assigned at the BREEDER/SELLER's kennel premises. BUYER is responsible for any shipping cost after the puppy leaves the BREEDER/SELLER's kennel premises.

2. BREEDER/SELLER agrees to refund the BUYER'S $___________ for an interval of (72) hours from the time of delivery should the BUYER decide that they do not want the puppy, provided said puppy is in the same health and condition as when delivered. The BUYER agrees to return the puppy to the point of sale and the BUYER agrees to be responsible for and pay all shipping fees or other cost incurred.

Health Guarantee

3. BREEDER/SELLER guarantess the puppy to be in excellent health and free from disease at the time kof delivery. BREEDER/SELLER guarantees the health of this puppy for an interval of five (5) days from the time of delivery.

BREEDER/SELLER recommends and urges the BUYER to take puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice during the initial five (5) day period for a health examination/ BUYER agrees tp be responsible and pay all cost incurred and associated with this examination.

4. if after examination by a veterinarian, within the five (5) day period, the puppy was determined to be in poor health or to have any genetic/medical disabilities that will result in poor quality of life, or excessive medical expenses, the BUYER will be refunded the full purchase price of said puppy provided that: (A) The puppy and the AKC papers are returned to BREEDER/SELLER within 10 days of purchase; (B) A letter to BREEDER/SELLER from the examining veterinary certifying te exact illness or defect is presented to BREEDER/SELLER prior to the return of the puppy and can be confirmed by a secondary veterinarian examinatino (at the BREEDER/SELLER's expense) by a veterinarian agreed upon by both parties.
